Teresa and her crew were wonderful. They made the flood in our house bearable. Blessings

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Rudy. He has been absolutely phenomenal throughout the final phase of repairs to our home following our fire. Beyond the quality of his painting and drywall work, what has really stood out to us is the care and consideration he puts into everything he does. Because we are living in our home while the remaining repairs are being completed, Rudy takes the time every single day to make sure our home is put back together so that we can resume our normal life in the evenings. He is incredibly respectful of our space, cleans up thoroughly, stays on schedule, and communicates with us every step of the way. After such a long and difficult restoration process, having someone like Rudy working in our home has made such a difference. He takes pride in his work, pays attention to the details, and genuinely cares about doing things the right way. He is professional, kind, and incredibly considerate—and on top of all of that, we genuinely enjoy having him around. He has made this final phase of our restoration so much easier for us. We are incredibly grateful for his expertise and everything he has done to help get our home back to where it should be.

Team Araya -specifically Alex and Rudy- were amazing. They made sure the restoration was done in a timely manner and communicated how the process would work before we even started. I appreciated the attention to detail in making sure it was like we had never opened the wall in the first place. Thank you!!!

Marcos was fantastic. He came and saw, got all the appropriate materials, came back and put up the semi-permanent bracing wall and boarded up the giant hole in the side of the house all within the same day. Efficient, clean professional. Even sealed up the tiny gaps with expanding foam so critters cant get in while we wait for permits to pass. Thank you Marcos! Great job!!!

ServPro has two excellent Home restoration technicians, Jose and Eduardo Ortega. They were solely responsible for the reconstruction of our damaged ceiling and stairway wall, from an extensive water leak caused by our recently installed HVAC systems. They were very professional in completing the work, which resulted in the total restoration of our home’s ceiling and stairway wall to its “original condition.” They are to be commended for the quality of their work, as well as their competency and conduct throughout the two days they were at our home. Jose and Eduardo showed up promptly, working diligently throughout many hours, exhibiting skills in the various areas of the job (drywall, texturing, painting, removing scaffolding), as well showing a cheerful disposition and displaying respect for my wife, me, and our home. We highly recommend ServPro, based on work of these two exceptional technicians!

Marcos Ramirez is fantastic! He is very thoughtful, does a great job and I feel very comfortable having him work in my home. Beautiful job painting, woodworking , drywall and baseboard. Would have him again.
