The insurance company contacted ServPro Sun City/Sun City West and Jeff responded immediately and started water remediation that same day. His team, Anthony and John, did an incredible job. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They were wonderful! My washer overflowed and we had gotten the water turned off and vacuumed up, but the carpet was still squishy. The guys were here almost as soon as I called. They came and set up the fans and explained everything to me as they worked. Everything was back to normal in two days. John and Anthony were quick, efficient and helpful. Hoping I don't ever have to use them again, but if necessary I will call for their help in a flash.
Imagine calling the appliance repairman for a tiny water leak and finding out that water has damaged half of your kitchen, up the walls, behind your cupboards, and it is all covered in black mold!
