Need Odor Removal?

Odors are a part of life.  Although we all prefer the smell of fresh cut grass and roses to rotten fish and sour mold, sometimes bad smells are unavoidable.  When life gets a little “stinky” SERVPRO of Mobile County has you covered.  Often, the issue with stubborn odors is that they have found their way into porous surfaces and they can linger for long periods of time.  With walls and other hard surfaces, often a simple wipe down with the right product will do the job.  Other times, it requires more specialized training, equipment and techniques to get the desired outcome.

At SERVPRO of Mobile County, our technicians are certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC), and we offer specialized services that can rid your home or business of offensive odors left by smoke, mold or other sources. To achieve superior results, we utilize SERVPRO’s line of proprietary cleaning products in conjunction with various equipment including:

  • Air Scrubbers
  • Ozone Machines
  • Thermal Foggers
  • UVLV Foggers

In addition to structure cleaning and deodorization, we utilize the Esporta wash system to rid textiles of unpleasant odors.  We also offer upholstery cleaning, rug cleaning and carpet cleaning to make sure every inch of your home or office is effectively deodorized.  We don’t just cover up odors, we eliminate them!  If you need help getting rid of stubborn odors in your business or home, call us at 251-343-0534.

SERVPRO’s 4-Step Odor Removal Process

1.svg

Remove the Odor Source

Debris containing odor-causing residues will continue to give off odors. That’s why we deal with the source of the odor first.

2.svg

Clean Residues From Surfaces

After the source of the odor is removed, it’s important to thoroughly clean surfaces to deodorize them effectively. If not properly cleaned, tiny particles of the odor-causing residues will continue to smell.

3.svg

Recreate the Conditions That Caused Odor Penetration

We apply deodorizer in a method similar to how the odor-causing substances originally penetrated a surface. If smoke created the smell, for instance, deodorizing smoke or fog might be most effective.

Seal Surfaces Exposed To Unpleasant Odors

Severe situations may require sealing if odor removal would be insufficient.

Commercial Odor Removal Services

Removing persistent smells from your commercial property—office, warehouse, hospital, apartments, and more—can be quite a challenge. Unpleasant smells can drive customers away and make things difficult for employees. Getting rid of the odor, completely and quickly, can avoid interruption of your normal operations.

Our uniquely trained professionals will work with you to get your company smelling fresh and back to business as quickly as possible, keeping downtime and lost revenue to a minimum.
