Salem is located in east-central Lee County, Alabama. Salem, Alabama, is located along U.S. Routes 280 and 431. Did you know that by the late 20th century Salem was the location of Lee County's only covered bridge, the Salem-Shotwell Covered Bridge? A symbol of the area, the bridge was unfortunately destroyed by a fallen tree following a storm in 2005. It was rebuilt in 2007 at Opelika Municipal Park.

Back in 2009, Salem had an EF2 tornado touch down destroying Salem Chapel AME church, several homes and part of Wachoochee Junior High School - just to name a few. All these years later, we are still so thankful no fatalities or major injuries were reported. However, it left many homes destroyed or damaged. We are locally owned and operated, which means we are nearby and ready to help when your residential or commercial property is impacted by water damage. He provided an estimate and the project stayed very close to that estimate. He thoroughly explained the plan of action and the process every step of the way.
